Designed as a spec house in the exclusive luxury resort community of Albany, Bahamas, this modern 17,500 square foot residence has over 12,500 square feet of conditioned living space with 4,000 square feet of private verandah's and roof top gardens from all bedrooms and public spaces, and 1,000 square feet of garage space. Integrating water throughout the project, there are pools and water features at the entry, a lap lane connecting the breakfast terrace with the main pool which has an infinity edge spilling into a lagoon overlooking the Albany golf course. Large cantilever roof sections and large louvered panels add increased privacy and solar shading to this energy efficient ICF constructed home which also features rooftop solar collection PV panels.
