Accessible by boat only, this proposed re-development and re-purposing of the Paradise Island Lighthouse property by a Nassau based entrepreneur includes the re-refurbishment of the icon Paradise Island lighthouse at the western end of Paradise Island, the re-construction of the former lighthouse keepers cottages as an arrivals/welcome centre. New structures to be added are 2-beach-side restaurant/bar pavilions, a retail/management/support block and numerous shaded communal and private gathering spaces.
