Winning entry of the 2018 National Architectural and Urban Design Competition for the new Central Bank of The Bahamas, this iconic, landmark structure is presently in development with expected ground breaking to commence July 2021. Consisting of an 88,000 square foot office building, this secure 272K gross square foot campus also houses an art gallery, multipurpose performance space, conference rooms, staff gym and staff cafeteria along with 2 level of below grade parking for 214 cars. Situated on the site of the historic site of the former Royal Victoria Hotel and gardens, this development dedicates the northern portion of it's grounds to the public in the way of a public park and gardens with a civic plaza within the secured perimeter for events hosted by the Bank or by special arrangement.
